One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the vl777 platform. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of another person are prohibited. vl777 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and void associated balances without prior notice.
Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any identification documents requested during KYC verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your vl777 wallet instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are credited within 1–3 business hours on banking days.
vl777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from unrecognized or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account reviewed.
vl777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any deposit, at its discretion, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the account's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. vl777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
vl777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside vl777's control.
vl777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. Where a withdrawal is withheld, vl777 will notify the account holder within a reasonable time.
Any funds remaining in a vl777 account that has been dormant for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee not exceeding ₱100 per month, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the account holder's registered contact details.
vl777 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
